Well, its January 2013 now and like everyone else, the HR Profession (ie the government) seem to be having a sale. There are now multiple BOGOF’s (thats Buy One Get One Free), nothing else :).
So, what is new in 2013?
What is coming next? In the words of our youngest daughter’s favorite songs “Whats that coming over the hill, Its a Monster, its a Monster”
2013 looks set to be one of the most interesting and potentially divisive years on record for Employment Law changes in the UK.
The Government have promised the bonfire of policy and seem set to implement (finally) their one in one out.
So what’s up first?
