Lindsay Bourke is our administrator and likely first point of contact in the office. When you call you will be able to speak with a real person who will ensure that your details are taken and passed onto Andrew. Lindsay also deals with Contracts of Employment and making sure our clients COE are kept up to date.

Andrew Bourke has been involved in HR and Recruitment since 1996. Having worked with and for both small and large and UK and International business in the past, he brings a wealth of experience of over 16 years to the table.
As our Managing Director and Lead HR Consultant, Andrew will deal with your issues head on, providing solutions to your staff and employment law issues in a no nonsense way.
Andrew has represented both clients and claimants at Employment Tribunal.
